missscarlett. This journal is unlocked. The icons posted here can be seen and used by anybody. You don't have to join to see entries, although you may wish to join to keep updated. I will keep entries organized by memories and tags.
Like all icon journals, I do have a few rules. Please read and resepct them.
The Rules
1. Credit is a must. I'm not fussy about how you credit, but please do it somewhere if you use my icons.
2. Comment. Feedback can be a wonderful motivational tool and it's just nice to know who likes what and why.
3. Do not alter any of the icons. My textless icons will never be intended for bases. If you want bases, make your own. Please don't fiddle around with my icons in any way.
4. Do not hotlink. Upload to your own image hosting site. I recommend Photobucket.
5. I don't take requests. Sorry. There are plently of other icon journals and icon communities that do. In particular, I recommend![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)
